Ceremonialist, Midlife Midwife, Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Mentor

My story

Rooted in the bold spirit of Brooklyn and the ancient soil of Montenegro, I am a first-generation Albanian-American shaped by a rich tapestry of cultures. My early life danced between the vibrant, diverse pulse of the city and the grounded, earth-honoring traditions of my ancestral village of Kraj, where we drew water from wells, harvested food from the land, and moved in rhythm with nature’s quiet wisdom.

My path has been one of deep exploration across continents, traditions, and inner landscapes. I hold a degree in Cultural Anthropology from California State University and pursued graduate studies in Transformational Psychology at the University of Philosophical Research.

Over the past three decades, I’ve devoted myself to holistic learning studying Yoga, Holotropic Breathwork, Meditation, Conscious Communication, and Earth-Based spiritual practices. I’ve lived off-grid on a permaculture farm in Costa Rica and am attuned as a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage by the revered Chris Eagle.

Since 2018, I’ve served as a medicine guide—holding space for individuals in deep Psilocybin journeys and retreat settings. This work, grounded in reverence and integration, is at the heart of my calling.

My life is a living prayer, woven from healing, ancestral memory, and the power of community. It is my honor to walk alongside others as they remember their wholeness and return home to themselves.

My Healing Journey

In 2010, a near-fatal car accident became the catalyst for the most profound healing initiation of my life. Two doctors told me I would never regain full use of my left arm. I chose not to believe them. While Western medicine helped mend my bones, it was my unwavering devotion to daily healing practices - spiritual, emotional, and somatic - that restored my body and transformed my life.

I didn’t just heal. I remembered who I was.

By 2013, by invitation from Camille Cimino and collaborating with Katrina Zavalney, I co-founded Cross Pollinate, a vibrant container for women’s empowerment and community in Los Angeles, which thrived until 2018.

After completing my 8th transformative year as a Moondancer, I stepped into deeper ceremonial leadership—guiding sweat lodges and carrying forward the sacred teachings of the Rainbow Tribe: a vision of unity, ancestry, and collective evolution.

I am honored to carry the pipe in the Ollintlahuimetztli tradition, and have served as a fire keeper since 2012. Hosting inclusive, heart-centered fire circles in a Los Angeles sanctuary. I also lead monthly Rainbow (all lineages welcome) sweat lodges in Pasadena, and women’s retreats in Costa Rica and Colorado, weaving together ritual, healing, and sisterhood.

In addition to my ceremonial work, I bring these ancient wisdoms into the modern world offering transformative wellness experiences to individuals and corporate teams alike.

To live in a feminine body that is free and sovereign is a sacred privilege.
It is my greatest honor to support other women as they reclaim their power, remember their truth, and rise fully into their embodied, radiant selves.

“I am here to be a guiding light to shepherd you to your heart's core, unveiling your innate power during life's pivotal moments.

My gift lies in recognizing and nurturing your unique strengths, propelling you to your highest potential.”
