Ceremonialist, Midlife Midwife, Reiki Master Teacher and Transformational Mentor
Origin & Becoming
Rooted in the bold spirit of Brooklyn and the ancient soil of Montenegro, I am a first-generation Albanian-American shaped by a rich tapestry of cultures.
My early life unfolded between the vibrant, diverse pulse of the city and the grounded, earth-honoring ways of my ancestral village of Kraj, where we drew water from wells, harvested from the land, and lived in rhythm with nature’s quiet wisdom.
My path has been one of deep exploration across continents, traditions, and inner landscapes. I hold a degree in Cultural Anthropology from California State University and pursued graduate studies in Transformational Psychology at the University of Philosophical Research.
For over three decades, I have devoted myself to holistic learning; studying Yoga, Holotropic Breathwork, Meditation, Conscious Communication, and Earth-Based spiritual practices. I’ve lived off-grid on a permaculture farm in Costa Rica, an experience that reshaped my understanding of simplicity, presence, and reciprocity.
I am also attuned as a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage by the revered Chris Eagle.
Since 2018, I have served as a medicine guide, holding space for individuals in deep Psilocybin journeys and retreat settings. This work, anchored in reverence, integrity, and integration, is at the heart of my calling.
And over time, my work expanded in an unexpected and beautiful direction:
Toward women in midlife.
It became impossible to ignore the quiet pain and powerful thresholds women were carrying - hot flashes and heartbreak, identity shedding, grief for dreams that didn’t unfold, the sacred disorientation of becoming someone new. I heard these stories again and again. I lived them myself. And I knew this passage deserved a ceremonial container of its own.
Today, I guide women through the profound metamorphosis of perimenopause and midlife.
I lead online Sanctuary circles, intimate 12-week journeys where women gather to be witnessed, held, and transformed through ritual, shadow work, somatic practice, astrology, community, and fierce devotion to their becoming.
I also work 1:1 with women, supporting them through life transitions, identity reinvention, grief, career shifts, intuitive awakening, and the sacred rewiring that happens when the Wise Woman archetype begins to rise. This work is tender, deep, and life-altering - an alchemy of coaching, ritual, embodiment, sisterhood and soul guidance.
My life is a living prayer - woven from healing, ancestral memory, and the power of community. It is my honor to walk beside others as they remember their wholeness, reclaim their sovereignty, and return home to themselves.
The Healing That Remade Me
In 2010, a near-fatal car accident became a profound initiation into my own medicine path. Two doctors told me I would never regain full use of my left arm. I chose not to believe them.
Western medicine mended my bones.
But it was my devotion to daily spiritual, emotional, and somatic practices that restored my body and transformed my life.
I didn’t just heal
I remembered who I was.
By 2013, through invitation from Camille Cimino and in collaboration with Katrina Zavalney, I co-founded Cross Pollinate, a vibrant container for women’s empowerment and community in Los Angeles. Our gatherings became a home for creative, soulful, visionary women -spaces where collaboration, ritual, and collective healing flourished.
After completing my 8th transformative year as a Moondancer, in Teotihuacan, Mexico, of a Mexica/Lakota lineage, I stepped into deeper ceremonial leadership - guiding sweat lodges and carrying forward the sacred teachings of the Rainbow Tribe, an honoring rooted in unity, ancestry, and collective evolution.
I am honored to carry the pipe in the Ollintlahuimetztli tradition and have served as a fire keeper since 2012, tending inclusive, heart-centered fire circles in Los Angeles.
On Sweat Lodge (Temazcal / Inipi-inspired Work)
I was initiated to pour for sweat lodge, a profoundly cleansing and purifying ceremony practiced in many Indigenous cultures across the world. While I honor and respect the Native peoples whose traditions have shaped and safeguarded this medicine, I also recognize that purification lodges, steam houses, and heat-based rites of renewal exist across many human lineages - including my own Balkan and Mediterranean ancestry. I come from a culture that was also ethnically cleansed and colonized by the Ottoman and Roman Empires, that stripped my Albanian ancestors from their Sun Worshiping ways.
The way I pour is rooted in humility, prayer, and deep respect:
for the land, the stones, the elements, the teachings I’ve been entrusted with,
and the people who protected these traditions long before I arrived.
My lodges are held with consent, cultural awareness, integrity, and reverence - spaces where individuals of all lineages are welcomed to release, remember, and return to themselves.
On Retreats
Alongside my ceremonial work, I guide transformational retreats for women around the world.
I’ve co-led intimate immersion retreats in Costa Rica, weaving fasting, ritual, somatic healing, and earth connection.
I also co-lead Soul Refuge, a yearly retreat in Manitou Springs, Colorado, a deeply restorative, earth-rooted pilgrimage devoted to healing, sisterhood, ancestral remembrance, and feminine rebirth. This retreat has become a beloved sanctuary where women come to soften, shed, and rise into a more authentic version of themselves.
These retreats are an extension of my life’s devotion:
creating spaces where women feel spiritually safe, deeply seen, and powerfully held.
Bringing Ancient Wisdom to Modern Life
In addition to my ceremonial offerings, I bring these ancient teachings into contemporary spaces - supporting individuals, teams, and organizations seeking deeper clarity, connection, and purpose. My work bridges the old and the new, the mystical and the practical, helping people ground into truth while expanding into possibility.
To live in a feminine body that is free and sovereign is a sacred privilege.
And it is my deepest honor to walk beside women as they reclaim their power, remember their truth, and rise - fully, fiercely, and radiantly - into the women they were always meant to become.
Thank you for taking time to get to more about me. ;)
