SWEAT LODGE - Sweat lodge Ceremony with Guzel Tlazohquetzalli Gjenasaj
Initiated by the Ollintlahuimetztli (refers to a lineage or tradition that honors the transformative power of movement and the sacred feminine. This tradition emphasizes purification, prayer, and the cyclical nature of life, aligning participants with the rhythms of the earth and the cosmos).
This is a lineage of Mexico and as an 8-year moon dancer, Guzel leads a Rainbow Sweat Lodge (a nurturing return to the womb of Mother Earth). Held by a sacred feminine presence, this purification ceremony weaves prayer, song, and deep cleansing to prepare the body and spirit for the medicine work ahead. All voices and lineages are welcome in song and spirit.
GRANDMOTHER PLANT MEDICINE - A Mestizo feminine lineage within the plant medicine tradition is a sacred thread woven through generations of women healers, curandera, who carry the wisdom of master plants in a way that honors the feminine principles of intuition, nurturing, and deep receptivity.
Rooted in the Mestizo tradition of the Amazon, this lineage blends Indigenous and Spanish ancestry, yet holds a distinctly feminine approach to healing. These women often learn through oral transmission, apprenticeship, dreams, and direct communion with the plants. They are keepers of song, prayer, and ritual, tending to the ceremonial space like a womb creating safety, softness, and depth for true transformation.
Unlike more masculine expressions of the lineage that may focus on strength or control, the feminine path is about surrender, flow, and deep listening. It honors the cycles of the moon, the rhythms of the Earth, and the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. In this way, the Mestizo feminine lineage offers a profound return to the medicine of the heart, guiding others through healing with compassion, grace, and ancestral power.
SANANGA & BREATH-WORK CEREMONY
Sananga is a powerful eye medicine made from the roots of a sacred Amazonian shrub, traditionally used by Indigenous tribes to clear energetic blockages, sharpen vision (inner and outer), and align the spirit. When combined with conscious breath-work, this ceremony becomes a potent practice for purification, grounding, and clarity.
As the drops enter the eyes, participants are guided through intentional breath-work to soften resistance and stay present with the intensity. The breath becomes an anchor, allowing the body to surrender and release what no longer serves. This experience awakens the senses, opens the energetic channels, and prepares the mind and spirit for deeper ceremonial work.
Nourishment by Chef Drea
Curated by the talented Chef Drea, our retreat meals are a vibrant fusion where Caribbean flavors meet clean, organic dieta cuisine, nourishing both body and spirit. Every dish is crafted with intention to support deep cleansing, clarity, and connection throughout the journey.
Beyond the plate, Chef Drea will offer guidance on sourcing ingredients, cooking techniques, and simple, nourishing recipes to help you carry the spirit of the medicine home. Her culinary wisdom supports not just detoxification, but a lasting shift toward vitality, pleasure, and conscious nourishment in daily life.
Drea Marrero, founder of Panacea, has been on the intentional psychedelic medicine path since 2015. With a comprehensive and diverse background in plant medicines, acquired through her own healing journey, she has cultivated a deep understanding of surrender. Her explorations into the unknown have strengthened her compassion allowing her to guide others with greater empathy and trust in the innate wisdom of these sacred medicines, whom she sees as the true teachers in the cycle of life.
As a certified nutritionist, journey coach, and private chef specializing in plant based dieta-friendly cuisine, Drea curates transformative experiences that integrate medicine, movement, and nourishment. She is the creator of Medicine & Movement, a unique offering that blends microdosing with movement, sound healing, and intentional meals. Since 2018, she has also played a key role in organizing and assisting plant medicine retreats both locally and abroad.
Integration Circle
The integration circle is a sacred space where we come together in community to share, reflect, and begin weaving the insights of our ceremonies into daily life. Guided with care and presence, this circle offers grounding after deep inner work, honoring each woman’s process without judgment or interpretation.
Through storytelling, listening, and gentle guidance, the integration circle helps us make meaning of our experiences, reconnect with the body, and identify next steps for personal growth and healing. It’s where transformation begins to take root, supported by sisterhood, spaciousness, and truth.
